Hair-XS was established in 2010, launching a unique hair straightener (the Hair-XS Styler) into the Australian market which produced excellent results and was a joy to use (particularly amongst stylists!)
A range of Hair-XS hair extensions was also launched in 2010, providing both clip in and semi permanent hair extension solutions for salon use.
Following the success of the original Hair-XS Styler, a curler was introduced to the range in 2012. The ‘Hair-XS Curl Stick’ makes it easy to curl your own hair because there are no clips to mess with. The heat-proof glove lets you wrap your hair around the barrel, hold it there and achieve perfect curls! Still a hit and still available today.
In 2014, Hair-XS expanded into haircare products and formulated the Moisture Repair Shampoo, Conditioner and Argan Oil Treatment. Customers immediately fell in love with the lightweight formula of these products, providing moisture without weighing the hair down. The formula is sulphate free and safe to use on keratin treated, coloured hair and extensions. The formula is highly concentrated, so the 400ml bottles last for many washes, not to mention also smell amazing!
In 2015 Hair-XS launched the Ion Styler, a complete re-design from the ground up taking advantage of technology advances since the original styler in 2010. The Ion Styler introduced a vibration feature and a faster heat up time.
In 2018 Hair-XS relaunched the Ion Styler with cutting edge technology and a new sleek look. The heater in the 2018 Ion Styler has rapid recovery ensuring an optimum straightening temperature always. This along with the new rose gold finish have made it a popular choice for salon professionals.
